Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If you choose in‑store collection:

• You must bring valid identification

• Firearms, ammunition, and restricted items will only be released in accordance with legal requirements

Ray Ward Gunsmith operates in full compliance with UK firearms legislation, including the Firearms Act 1968 and subsequent amendments. By purchasing or collecting any regulated item from us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.

Customers must present a valid Firearm Certificate (FAC) or Shotgun Certificate (SGC) when purchasing:

• Firearms
• Shotguns
• Sound moderators
• Ammunition
• Any other item legally requiring certification

We will not release regulated items without verifying your certificate in person.

You must be:

• 18 or over to purchase firearms, shotguns, or ammunition
• Over 18 to purchase air rifles or air pistols
• Over 18 to purchase knives or bladed tools

We may request additional identification to confirm your age.

Firearms, shotguns, and ammunition cannot be shipped. These items must be collected in person at:

You must bring:

• Your original FAC or SGC
• Valid photo ID
• Any additional documentation required by law

Ammunition will only be sold:

• For calibres listed on your certificate

• In quantities permitted by your certificate

• To the certificate holder in person

We will record ammunition sales as required by law.

Certain items may require:

• Variation approval

• Specific conditions on your certificate

• Additional documentation

We reserve the right to refuse sale if legal requirements are not met.

We may provide general guidance on safe storage and transport, but you are solely responsible for complying with UK legal requirements for secure storage of firearms and ammunition.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale or collection if:

• Documentation is incomplete or invalid

• We suspect unlawful activity

• Legal requirements are not met

• The customer behaves in a manner that raises safety concerns

Our decision in such cases is final.

Returns may be accepted if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• You notify us within a reasonable timeframe

• The item is not excluded for safety or legal reasons (e.g., ammunition, custom‑made items)

Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

• Contact us immediately

• Provide your order number and details of the issue

• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray Ward Gunsmith is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the website
• Indirect or consequential damages
