Storage Terms & Conditions

  1. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd are a Limited Company registered within the United Kingdom and all jurisdiction in respect of this agreement is limited to United Kingdom.
  2. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd having agreed to accept items into storage will only do so on the basis that the value as stated by the company shall be the limit of their liability in respect of any dispute.
  3. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd shall accept no responsibility for loss damage where such circumstances were beyond the control of the company, and which could not have been reasonably foreseen.
  4. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage arising out of any terrorist act.
  5. The client is duty bound to notify Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd of any change of address and the obligation on Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd in terms of notifying the client shall be limited to a Recorded Delivery letter to the last known address. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd in respect of an item which is subject to statuary licensing shall make the authorities aware in the event that they are unable to contact the owner.
  6. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd, reserve the right, that failing to receive contact after 12 months from any owner that such items shall be placed in a public auction and monies due to Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd retained from the receipt of disposal of such items.
  7. Any balance shall be held to the client’s order.
  8. The client shall at all time’s give adequate notice of the desire to remove any item from storage and the minimum requirement is two working days.
  9. At the time of removal of any items from storage the client must furnish evidence of identification and the appropriate Certification relative to the item. In the event that an agent is nominated to collect any item they must be in possession of a signed letter of authority and evidence of their own ability to withdraw such item within the bounds of current legislation applicable to such item.
  10. Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd reserves the right to refuse the release of any item should they not be satisfied to the adequacy of any documentation.
  11. All storage fees payable to Ray Ward Gunsmith Ltd. are payable in advance and must be paid within 30 days of the date of invoice.
